Dear Newton Friends,
The Newton Fund has launched two Researcher Links programmes focusing on biodiversity. One will comprise an international research placement, while the other will involve organising regional workshops. Both elements of the programme have the aim of bringing together early-career researchers from the UK and other regional partner countries, to allow them to make international connections that can improve the quality of their research.
We invite proposals which address the theme: Biodiversity. The areas of priority on this Researcher Links call are:
- Understanding habitats and species
- Biodiversity for sustainable livelihoods and bio-economy
- Climate Change, Biodiversity and ecosystems
- Maintaining and restoring natural capital
The call will be open until October 13th, 4 pm. in the UK (12pm. in Chile).
