Nominations : TWAS-LACREP Young Scientist Prize 2020

Dear Colleagues,

We invite all scientists in the region to make nominations for the 2020 edition of the TWAS-LACREP Young Scientist Prize.

Note that it was decided by TWAS to begin to operate a two-track procedure whereby nominations could be received from any suitable individual or organization (e.g. Academies of Science, Centers of Excellence), as well as opening up the procedure to simple applications from individual young scientists. 

The TWAS-LACREP Prize of  US$ 2,000 is a recognition of contributions made by active young researchers in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In 2020, the TWAS-ROLAC Young Scientist Prize will be awarded in the area of:

• Medical  Sciences

Candidates must be 40 years of age or younger in  2020.

Nominations must be sent by email  (Subject: Young Scientist Prize) and should include:

1. Curriculum Vitae of the candidate.
2. The attached nomination form completed in all its parts, in English.

All documents must be sent by e-mail to twas-lacrep@abc.org.br by July 27^st  2020.
