View the second webcast in the ILSC 2015 series: Challenges of maintaining structure-function complexity of protein biologics
Presented live at the 24th Annual International Light Scattering Colloquium (ILSC), Dr. Joseph Arndt, Senior Scientist at Biogen, gave his Plenary Presentation “Challenges of maintaining structure-function complexity of protein biologics throughout the manufacturing process” on November 4, 2015.
Dr. Arndt presents a case study of a low-pH viral inactivation step leading to loss of efficacy, as an example of the complexity of maintaining structure-function of protein biologics at all stages of development and production. He highlights the utility of light scattering for early detection of structure-function abnormalities.
